Bio:

Rima Khraief is a self-taught Tunisian visual artist based in Tunis and Marseille. She explores various techniques, ranging from digital to traditional medium. Her practice revolves around a dialogue between introspection and fictional narratives, questioning inter-human relations and their intersection with technology, mythology and the environment.To this end, Khraief's work is marked by a constant duality, in which she confronts social and cultural concepts to examine their points of tension and intersection.

Her work has been exhibited in Tunisia, France, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Germany and England. She has also participated in the Misk Art Institute's Masaha residency (KSA) and Hayou'raks' Tawassol residency (Tunisia).

In addition to her personal projects, Khraief extends her artistic practice to collaborations, designing visuals for live shows such as dance performances, music and theater.
